Nicole Stoker Evans, PT, DPT, CSCS – Owner

Nicole was born in Cedar City, Utah and moved to Henderson, NV in 1984. She graduated valedictorian of Basic High School in 1998 where she participated in volleyball, basketball, and softball. Nicole played collegiate volleyball at Adams State University where she graduated with her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science in 2001. She has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA since 2002 and currently enjoys working with and training volleyball and tennis players in the Las Vegas valley in addition to working as a physical therapist. Nicole is a certified BFR (Blood Flow Restriction) rehabilitation provider and has completed the Neurac Level 1 Redcord course.

Tarah Badger Snow, PT, DPT - Clinic Director

Tarah Badger Snow, PT, DPT is a doctor of physical therapy and the clinical director at Synergy Physical Therapy. She played on the women’s golf team at The University of Nevada, Reno and graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree. She then attended The University of Nevada, Las Vegas and graduated in 2005 with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. In 2007, she graduated with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from UNLV and performed her research in Rehabilitation Post Cesarean Section.

Scott Snow, PT, DPT - Clinic Director

Scott Snow obtained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Nevada Las Vegas graduating at the top of his class. UNLV’s program is known for its strength in both manual therapy and a patient centered approach, providing Scott with an advanced skill foundation to practice from. A Southern Nevadan native, Scott received his Bachelors of Science from UNLV, where he majored in Sports Injury Management. As a physical therapist, Scott’s manual therapy skills and strong understanding of movement and mechanics helps him to return his patients to their specific sport or hobby.

Gina M. Tulimero PT, DPT, OCS

Gina was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. Her passion for orthopedics stems from her childhood background as a competitive gymnast. A Bishop Gorman High School alumnus, Gina received a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in Biology from the University of San Diego in 2009. She then graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Touro University Nevada in 2013.

Alex Bair PT, DPT - Clinic Director

Alex was born and raised in Henderson, NV. He graduated in 2008 from Foothill High School where he participated in football, wrestling, and track and field. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Brigham Young University in 2015, and he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2017 from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. He enjoys treating orthopedic, post-surgical, post-concussion, overuse injuries, and sport injuries. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, fly fishing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and cooking.

Celine Eskandari, PT, DPT

Celine was raised in Las Vegas, NV where she trained and performed with Nevada Ballet Theater’s Pre-Professional Youth company for 12 years. This is where her love for orthopedics and physical therapy is derived from. Celine attended Las Vegas Academy as a dance major where she graduated in 2011, and graduated with her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from UNLV in 2016. She obtained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Touro University Nevada in 2020.

Peyton Hobson, PT, DPT, ATC

Peyton was born and raised in Elkton, Maryland. Her passion for sports medicine and rehabilitation led her to pursue a degree in Athletic Training from Towson University, graduating Magnum Cum Laude in 2016. Peyton continued her education at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and graduated in 2020 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. While obtaining her graduate degree, Peyton worked as a Certified Athletic Trainer and provided medical coverage for various tournaments and sporting events throughout the Las Vegas valley.

Alexis Mansoor, PT, DPT - Clinic Director

Alexis Mansoor, PT, DPT, was born in Detroit, Michigan but was raised in Henderson, NV. She graduated from Coronado High School and received a full-ride Division 1 soccer scholarship to Mississippi Valley State University. After playing 4 years of collegiate soccer, she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. Her passion for sports and functional movement led her to pursue a career in physical therapy. She then graduated with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Sunshine Arata, PT, DPT
Synergy at Horizon Ridge
Sunshine was born and raised in California and moved to Nevada once she received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree. Sunshine is a former track athlete and has a passion for sports medicine and physical movement. She attended California State University of Fresno for her Kinesiology degree, University of LaVerne for her Masters degree and Loma Linda University for her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree.

Adriana Zell, PTA
Synergy at Anthem
Adriana was born and raised in Northridge, California. She began to swim competitively at the age of nine. Following high school she was recruited to swim for UNLV, where she received her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology. Her passion for functional movement and wanting to help others led her to continue pursing a career in Physical Therapy. In 2017 she received her Associates of Science from PIMA Medical Institute becoming a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.

Alexandra Wilson, PT, DPT

Alex was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. Being a Green Valley High School cross country and track and field athlete led her to several bouts of physical therapy. This sparked an interest that led her to pursue a career in the field. Alex graduated Magna Cum Laude with her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from UNLV in 2013. She obtained her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Emory University in Atlanta, GA in 2017.

Khue Nguyen, PTA

Khue was born and raised in Vietnam. She migrated to the United States with her family at the age of 21. She navigated her way through college and earned a Bachelor's of Science degree in Health Care Administration from University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2013. She volunteered at a local hospital, and that's where she found her interest in Physical Therapy. She graduated from Pima Medical Institute and earned an Associates of Occupational Science degree in Physical Therapist Assistant in 2016.

Toby “The Biscuit” Tulimero

A certified therapy dog, Toby has been a loyal employee at Synergy Blue Diamond for the past 3 years. His special skills include puppy snuggles and making your comfort a priority. Toby also contributes to clinic safety and routinely performs perimeter checks. Toby has been working on his agility skills and does in clinic performances daily. This is Las Vegas after all.
