Nicole Stoker Evans, PT, DPT, CSCS
Nicole was born in Cedar City, Utah and moved to Henderson, NV in 1984. She graduated valedictorian of Basic High School in 1998 where she participated in volleyball, basketball, and softball. Nicole played collegiate volleyball at Adams State University where she graduated with her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science in 2001. She has been a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA since 2002 and currently enjoys working with and training volleyball and tennis players in the Las Vegas valley in addition to working as a physical therapist. Nicole is a certified BFR (Blood Flow Restriction) rehabilitation provider and has completed the Neurac Level 1 Redcord course.
Nicole attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas where she earned her Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 2005 and was awarded the Clinical Excellence Award. Nicole also earned her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy in 2008 from UNLV.
Nicole co-owned Tru Physical Therapy in Henderson Nevada from 2005-2015 and Anthem Physical Therapy from 2008-2015. Nicole now owns and operates Synergy Physical Therapy which has three locations in Henderson, Nevada and one location in Las Vegas, Nevada.
She enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, weekend getaways to Panguitch Lake, and playing volleyball and tennis.
Nicole believes in improving the overall function and well-being of every individual that comes through her doors. She works with her patients to create a plan of care that will help them to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life.
