Peyton Hobson, PT, DPT, ATC
Peyton was born and raised in Elkton, Maryland. Her passion for sports medicine and rehabilitation led her to pursue a degree in Athletic Training from Towson University, graduating Magnum Cum Laude in 2016. Peyton continued her education at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and graduated in 2020 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. While obtaining her graduate degree, Peyton worked as a Certified Athletic Trainer and provided medical coverage for various tournaments and sporting events throughout the Las Vegas valley.
She has certifications in Instrumented Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) and Functional Dry Needling (FDN). She has participated in research utilizing Functional Movement Screening (FMS) to recognize abnormalities in movement and body mechanics. Peyton was published in 2020 for her research utilizing transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) to improve balance and gait in individuals with a history of stroke.
Peyton enjoys treating patients across the lifespan. She has a passion for creating a unique plan of care for every patient to enhance their therapy experience and improve their quality of life.
